What can I use your files for?
- Having a fabric shop print custom fabric for you
- Having an Australian small business print transfer files for you
- Having an Australian small business print Huckleberry designs on products for personal use only. For example: notebooks, blankets, wrapping paper etc.
Do I need to purchase licensing?
Licensing is only required for fabric shops who wish to offer Huckleberry tiles for sale, and small businesses that exceed 100 units of end product.
Licensing entitles you to 200 units of end product, and expires after a year. Additional licensing can be purchased if necessary.
How can I get my files printed?
There are a variety of fabric printers worldwide, both retail and wholesale. If you cannot find one local to you please send us an email to see if we can assist.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or returns on digital products, as they are automatically fulfilled and intangible.
We offer refunds, returns, and replacements on physical items with major defects. Australian consumer law applies to our products, and entitlements outlined by the ACCC apply.
Can I use your files to manufacture products overseas?
No, Huckleberry designs are not able to be used to manufacture products overseas.
Things you cannot use my files for:
- Make and sell stickers
- Make and sell embroidered patches
- Make and sell wood, acrylic, or enamel pins
- Make and sell acrylic keychains / charms
- Make and sell art prints
